At Sironix®, we strive to ensure that all surgical products meet the highest standards of quality. However, if you encounter any issues with our products, this refund policy outlines the process for returns and refunds. Please note that due to the nature of our business, specific restrictions apply, particularly for implantable products.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for surgical instruments and other non-implantable products under the following conditions:
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The product must be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Products
For health and safety reasons, certain products are non-returnable:
• Implantable products: Once they have been delivered, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to contamination and sterility concerns.
• Sterile items: If the packaging is opened or tampered with, the product cannot be returned.
• Custom or personalized orders: Items made to your specifications are non-returnable.
Refund Process
For eligible returns (non-implantable and unopened products), once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise arranged.
Exchanges
We will replace defective or damaged instruments and other non-implantable products. If you need an exchange, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your product to initiate the process.
Restocking Fees
For certain non-implantable products, a 15% restocking fee may apply if the return is not due to damage or defect. We will notify you of any applicable restocking fees before processing the return.
